Ted has developed a Great working relationship with some of the leading global institutional investors and multinational targeting to invest in the Sub-Saharan African region.
He has extensive skills in Investment research for acquisition targets, due-diligence, valuations and leading negotiations from start to closing.
He’s versatile to work on both the Buy-side and Sell-side of the deal.
Ted has the ability to work on greenfield projects from early stages, from with the conceptualization of the business plan, to putting together a Business plan up to the Project financing stage.
He’s prior to working at Value Capital partners, Ted was an Investment advisor with Holliswealth Wealth Management, one of the leading Investment Management firms in Canada, fully owned by Scotiabank, where he managed a sizable book of business on behalf of his clients.
Ted has an in-depth experience and knowledge in of the Sub-Saharan Africa markets specializing in the Agriculture, Agribusiness, Medical Cannabis and Alcoholic Beverage industries
